On Friday, Feb. 21, former Collierville High School standout Griffin Baird’s current college team, the Hendrix Warriors, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the New York Violets.
The game took place at Warrior Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Violets this season.
The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1:45 p.m. at Warrior Baseball Field against Dominican Stars.
