On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Briarcrest Christian High School standout Tyler Harrington’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Alabama Jaguars.
The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their third matchup against the Jaguars this season.
The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at Riddle Pace Field against Troy Trojans.
