Congratulations to Dick Phebus, Director of Finance and Kristi Francavilla, Assistant Director of Finance and their team in the Finance Department for being awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for our annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021 by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. This is the 33rd consecutive year the City of Bartlett has received this award.
