On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Briarcrest Christian High School standout Tyler Harrington’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 20-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mercyhurst Lakers.
The game took place at Shipyard Park. This was their first matchup against the Lakers this season.
The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Shipyard Park against Towson Tigers.
