Promotion Day is a great day. Congrats to Andy Maliskas who was promoted from Patrol Officer to Detective today. Also congrats to Gerald Holmes who was promoted from Detective to the rank of Lieutenant today. We have faith that both of you gentlemen will excel in your new positions.
