Sheriff Floyd Bonner, Jr. and his corrections and law enforcement command staff welcomed new recruits for corrections and law enforcement classes, which began training this week at the SCSO Training Academy. Sheriff Bonner urged each recruit to work and train hard and to maintain the utmost discipline and integrity.
12 men and women began a 11-week training program for its Corrections Deputy Recruit Class #85 on October 17. Additionally, recruits comprising the SCSO’s Law Enforcement Deputy Recruit Class #2210 began its first chapter in public safety on October 17.
