The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office thanks Hope Church, Senior Pastor Rufus Smith, and his ministry staff for the Dec. 7 First Responder’s breakfast held at the Walnut Grove church. Dozens of SCSO deputies and command staff stopped by for an early morning meal, and they appreciated the hospitality. On Dec. 8, Mellow Mushroom of Germantown conducted a “cop stop” at the Criminal Justice Center at 201 Poplar for the court deputies with approximately 80 deputies receiving a complimentary breakfast. Shelby County Sheriff Floyd Bonner, Jr. and his law enforcement and corrections deputies appreciate these tokens of generosity.
