Mayor Parsons swore in all appointed personnel tonight at City Hall in front of a full house. This includes Chief Jeff Cox, Assistant Chief Chris Golden, Chief Inspector Laurie Thompson, Chief Inspector J.J. Leatherwood, and Chief Inspector Eric Leppanen.
