On January 18, 2023, an officer from the Bartlett Police Department’s Uniformed Patrol Division initiated a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle in the 2800 block of North Germantown Parkway at which point they were struck by the suspect vehicle. The officer did sustain injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The suspect was apprehended and placed into custody.        

The Bartlett Police Department would like to thank its officers, and the officers who responded to assist in this incident, for the valiant efforts they perform each day. They often put themselves in harm’s way to further our efforts to serve and protect the citizens of Bartlett, and for that, we thank them.
